While we aren't currently open to the public, our team is onsite and happy to assist you from 9am-5pm daily. We also have a designated emergency maintence team ready to help 24/7.
Our Corporate office is located at 100 North Cottonwood Drive, Suite 104 in Richardson, TX. We are only open to the public by appointment, currently. However, if you need to dropoff a deposit or rent payment, you're encouraged to use the dropbox located on the East side of the building.

Our application is mainly based on 3 pillar: Income, Rental History, and Credit Score. Each of those will be reviewed within 24-72 hours once your application is submitted. From there you will be accepted or denied based on our analysis of your overall qualifications!
Maintenance emergencies consist of situations such as fires, broken doors and/or windows, gas leaks, flooding, carbon monoxide, etc. For issues such as fires or break ins, call 911 first and then reach out to the maintence team!
All rent should be paid through your online portal; if you're struggling to submit it online you can come into our corporate office and get help directly from our staff!

Our online tenant portal gives you the power to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage your account 24/7 from your computer, tablet, or mobile device. For maintenance requests, a dedicated staff member will provide an update ASAP.
Maintenance requests are monitored 24/7. For an emergency repair (please carefully reference your lease first) call our office 214.641.9400 and choose the maintenance emergency extension in addition to filling out a maintenance request through your tenant portal.
HVAC repairs are NOT considered an emergency repair per the lease.
